About The Program

  • Professional nurses for mid-size to large general private hospitals or small eldercare hospitals (not homes).
  • Become a fully recognized nurse after clearing the German recognition exam.
  • Starting salary: €2400/month. (Excluding allowances)
  • Working hours are 38-40 hours per week.
  • Salary (after professional recognition):  €2800/month.

Program Fee Includes

  • 6 months of German language training up to B1 level. (Options available for online & offline training).
  • B2 level of German language training
  • B1 & B2 Goethe exam fee (only once).
  • German culture training and other immersion training programs for an easy start in Germany.
  • Support in visa document preparations & visa stamping in India and getting the work permit from Germany.
  • Preparation for the German recognition exam.

What is Not Included

  • Food & accommodation in India (for offline training) and in Germany while working.
  • Fee for German recognition exam (~€150).
  • Translation of certificates and legal documents (~€100).
  • Health insurance (~€10) before social security starts.

Process and Next Steps

Step 1 – Eligibility check

Pay a refundable security deposit of ₹10,000/- along with required documents for verification, eligibility check, and interview line-up.

Step 2 -Interview
  • Round 1: Fit assessment interview by Brisk Olive.
  • Round 2: German partner round.
  • Round 3: German employer round.
Step 3 – Offer letter & payment

Receive the conditional offer letter from the employer and pay as per the payment schedule.

Step 4 – Training & upskilling

German language training for B1 level.

Step 5 – Visa & German B2 training
  • B2 online training during your visa application process.
  • Fly to Germany after receiving the German language B2 level certificate from Goethe.
